About Unity Place

An opportunity to see behind the scenes at an exciting new development in Kimmerfield, Swindon. Unity Place is the new home to Insurer, Zurich, continuing their commitment to the area.

When finished the building will provide 100,000 sq ft of office space over six floors, with a terrace and a function space at roof level.

Skanska teams are delivering a futureproof HQ that will offer a high-quality space for their teams to be happy, healthy and productive. When finished, Unity Place will set the standard for sustainable buildings in Swindon.

With a challenging programme, the fully fitted-out office project is scheduled to complete in the spring of 2022.

Visitors will be given a site induction upon arrival which will include an insight into the finished building, the end users of the building, Zurich, and the construction activities in progress. We will then 'boot up' for a tour of the site.

Various activities will be taking place including glazing, internal wall construction, and M&E service installation.

Visitors will have the chance to ask questions of the Skanska project team and supply chain.

Please wear full length trousers for your visit.

Unfortunately we have no wheelchair access to site. We can however share information and images from the live camera on the project,  so please get in touch if you are interested.
