About Audley Square House (W1K 1DS)

Audley Square is an exciting new development in the heart of Mayfair, one of London’s most desirable and exclusive neighbourhoods.

The proposed scheme comprises the erection of a new seven-storey building with five levels of basement.

The seven-storey superstructure will be constructed using post-tensioned and reinforced concrete slabs, pre-cast concrete perimeter blade walls and reinforced concrete columns. There are two main reinforced concrete cores to the east and west.

The basement will cover most of the site footprint. The basement comprises of five floors constructed of reinforced concrete flat slabs and garden level transfer slabs, all supported on piled foundations.
