About Ebury Bridge Regeneration Phase 1
Ebury Estate Regeneration project is currently the largest and most significant regeneration project in Westminster, delivering more than 750 central London homes, of which 50% will be affordable. The project will set new standards in how large-scale central London estate regeneration is undertaken, from engaging with residents to reaching new targets for sustainability the project sets a national example.
The new development will set a standard for Westminster’s ground-breaking vision for the new Ebury Bridge Estate, delivering exceptional design quality.
The project will be delivered in three phases, with Phase 1 consisting of 2 blocks of 16 and 17 stories, with a total of 226 units, comprising of:
- 84 market tenure
- 142 social and intermediate housing
- Green area with attractive landscape and social space
Activity
During the site visit, all visitors can expect an house keeping and attendance registration, followed by a brief overview of the project. After that, visitors will then be taken to visit the site by a member of the project team. Throughout the tour, visitors will be able to see the construction take place in front of them as the site will be live with all hands on deck.
