About HS2 in Staffordshire, Cappers Lane Compound

HS2 in Staffordshire is the northernmost section of Phase One of HS2, with 16.3km of rural high-speed line to the east of Lichfield. It takes the line from north of Birmigham to connect to the West Coast Main Line at Handsacre. 


Activity

Visitors will be taken on a minibus tour of various sites across the HS2 works in Staffordshire. You will be able to see piling works, earthworks and structural concrete works.
