About UHNW Grindley Hill MSCP
We are Integrated Health Projects (IHP), the alliance between VINCI Construction UK and Sir Robert McAlpine, who will be building the new Grindley Hill Multi Storey Car Park (MSCP) for The Royal Stoke University Hospital, University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust
Grindley Hill Court will provide a permanent car parking solution for the NHS staff currently parking on the Old Infirmary and COPD sites, with the former potentially being developed for local housing and community facilities following the demolition of both sites’ disused and dilapidated buildings.
Activity
Current works are the external trades, ahead of the steel frame and the M&E Services contractor starting in the spring. Currently the ground works involve drainage, foundations, retaining walls, piling and reduced level digs across the site.
