103 Colmore Row is the tallest office building under construction outside London.

The height at the top of the building will be 246m above sea level.  The building will rise 105m above Colmore Row and comprises of 26 storeys above ground with 4 levels of basement.

This landmark building is located in the heart of Birmingham’s business district and is primarily Grade ‘A’ office space, with a rooftop restaurant on the 25th Floor.

The primary construction elements are a reinforced concrete core, with a structural steelwork superstructure, thirteen lifts and a bespoke unitised glazing façade.

Visitors will be given an presentation / overview of the project by the BAM team.

Then a tour of the site where various stages of the construction process will be in progress, these will include structural steelwork, façade installation, RC concrete works and may internal trades.
