About the event

2000 Discovery Drive is a cutting-edge research and development facility located in the heart of Cambridge Biomedical Campus, one of the world’s most prestigious life science clusters.

Designed to support breakthrough discoveries, collaboration, and business growth, this state-of-the-art building offers flexible, high-performance laboratory and office spaces tailored for ambitious life science organizations accommodating wet and dry laboratories and office space across all six floors. Subdivision is possible into a range of sizes between approx. 7,000 sq ft and 20,000 sq ft, with up to two occupiers per floor. The ground floor will house reception, lab and office space, and essential plantrooms, including the switch room, MER room, and water tank room, with the majority of plant equipment located on roof levels 6 & 7.

This building will be ready for occupation from summer 2026.
