Project Description & Keltbray’s Work (Phase 1)
50 Fenchurch Street is an island site, which is bounded by Fenchurch Street, Mincing Lane, Dunster Court and Mark Lane. The current surrounding buildings are the Clothworkers’ Hall, Minster House, 46-50 Fenchurch Street and 51- 54 Fenchurch Street as well as two listed buildings, the Grade I listed Tower of All Hallows Staining and the Grade II listed Lambe’s Chapel Crypt which will be restored and made accessible to the public following completion of the full scheme in 2028.
The final scheme will provide over 60,000 sq. m of flexible office and retail space arranged around a central core and will encompass the existing All Hallows Staining Church Tower.
Keltbray have been appointed by AXA IM and Yard Nine to act as Principal Contractor to undertake the following phase 1 works associated with the 50 Fenchurch Street Project:
Keltbray started works on site in August 2023 and are currently working on the phase 1 work due to be completed in September 2025. Which will be followed on by the planned Phase 2 works (RC Core Construction) up to July 2025. The appointed main contractor will then continue with the scheme to project completion in Q1 2028.
Current and Future Works
At 50 Fenchurch Street, Keltbray are currently undertaking the Phase 1 works which include the ongoing site activities:

Visitors will be able to see and observe the ongoing construction works and get an understanding of how Keltbray work and operate as a Principal Contractor, delivering the project for the phase 1 works at 50 Fenchurch Street, on behalf of our client.
Once the visitors arrive to site office, they will be met by the management team who will sort out all PPE for each delegate. After this, we will go into the meeting room for site introduction and review of the project details ahead of a full site tour. Key construction activities will include the following:
Our team will outline how they came to work within the construction industry and advise on their experiences to date. A representative from the project team will be on hand to explain the project deliverables and answer any questions you may have throughout your visit.
