Located on London’s iconic South Bank at 76 Upper Ground, the project is adjacent to the National Theatre, and is a Grade 2 listed building formerly for IBM.
This project will consist of the refurbishment and extension of the existing building, delivering an extra 11,000 SQM of flexible and sustainable office space.
The development of 76 Upper Ground will future-proof the building and be a model for sustainable office design. The project will see 80% of the existing structure retained and refurbished, with employee well being at the heart of the design and a range of flexible spaces provided for tenants, which will include outdoor terraces.
Visitors will be offered a project presentation followed by a tour of the construction site.
