About the event
Join us for a site visit to explore both completed and ongoing construction of our apartments and houses at West Hendon. With 65% of Hendon Waterside now complete and the remaining 35% actively under construction, there is still plenty to see on site.
An insight into Hendon Waterside:
Designed by an international, award‑winning architect, the development is centred around beautifully landscaped courtyard gardens, the Welsh Harp Reservoir and The Green—a communal park running through the heart of the scheme.
All homes have been thoughtfully designed for modern living and feature:
- Open‑plan living areas
- Handleless kitchens with integrated appliances
- Private outdoor space
Activities
On the day of the event, visitors will first be welcomed in the Sales & Marketing Suite by our Project Director and Project Manager. You will meet the sales team, who will guide you through the 3D model of the development and provide key information about the scheme.
You will then take part in a guided site tour, where the team will introduce you to the different trades on site and the activities involved in delivering the new homes. Following the tour, you will have the opportunity to meet members of our Commercial and Technical teams, who will offer insight into their day to day roles.
To close the event, we will host a Q&A session to answer any questions related to the site visit.
