About the event
You’ll have the opportunity to step inside our Basildon Service Centre and Depot and see the teams in action. From the moment you arrive, you’ll get a real sense of the scale and variety of what we do at Sunbelt Rentals, as well as the people and skills that keep everything running smoothly.
This event offers a unique behind-the-scenes look into the world of plant, tool, and equipment rental. You’ll be able to:
- Meet our expert teams and hear first-hand what it’s like to work in such a fast-moving and dynamic industry.
- Explore a wide range of career pathways, from hands-on technical roles to customer service and specialist support functions.
- See our Basildon depot in action, which supplies an extensive mix of Accommodation and Power equipment used on major projects across the country.
- Get hands-on with interactive equipment displays, giving you the chance to experience the kit up close and understand how it’s used on real projects.
This Open Doors event is a great opportunity to see how we support some of the UK’s biggest sectors and projects!
Activities
You will have the opportunity to go behind the scenes of a busy operational centre!
You’ll be able to see at first-hand our equipment and the type of work we do in hiring it out and maintaining it. You will also get to meet our teams and hopefully one or two of our current apprentices, who will be on hand for some questions and answers!
There will also be an interactive activity.
We will discuss the different roles and entry routes (apprenticeship, graduate) that we have available, to highlight potential career options available at Sunbelt Rentals.
