Bicester Motion ( https://bicestermotion.com ) is creating a global centre of excellence for mobility technology, part of their 10-year development plan.

This project is a new development of high-specification HQ building for future mobility design, light manufacture and research and development facilities, split into two phases. Phase 1 is a 90,000 Sq ft bespoke unit consisting of two large 2-storey units joined by a smaller link building for the tenant, YASA (https://yasa.com/). Phase 2 currently consists of four identical 2-storey units for the speculative market.

All units will be constructed of steel frames, cladded external facades to three sides, full glazed elevation overlooking the airfield. The units are 2-storey shell and core only, all fit out by tenants.

Additionally, all landscaping and car parking in-keeping with the facility will be included, with the addition of a degree of S278 highways works creating a new entrance off Skimmingdish Lane for Phase 2 and realignment of the roundabout and road network adjacent to the plot.

This is a next-generation campus for like-minded industry leaders.
