About the event
Our Thimblemill Lane highways depot in Nechells is a hive of activity with a diverse range of teams working together to look after the roads and footways of Birmingham.
Activities
You will learn more about the work we do in Birmingham and the roles that different teams have to play.
Enjoy a guided tour of the depot site and the opportunity to investigate some of the plant and machinery that is used every day out on our roads.
Why not have a go at painting your own lines and signs with our street-lining team, or spray some weeds with our arboricultural team!
