Bow Green is a residential-led mixed-use development by Berkeley’s St. William in Bow, London E3. The scheme offers 1,450 new homes in five phases. The site was originally used to house gas holders.
The 10 year scheme is currently on phase 1 of the build, due to be complete in 2026. Externally, the brickwork façade is underway. Internally, drylining and carpentry has commenced.
This is a great opportunity to get a glimpse inside a live construction site, building both luxury and affordable apartments. Maybe you’re considering a career in construction? This is a chance speak to people in the industry about career paths.
You will see apartments in all stages of fit out. Some units are without walls and others are nearly complete. This provides an overall view of how a large apartment block is constructed and how every tradesperson inputs a specific skill to make this happen.
PPE will be provided. You will need to be able to climb up to 6 flights of stairs. To get to the top of the building we will ride in a hoist. This is a temporary lift that runs up the outside of the building. If you are fearful of heights, please consider this.
Educational Visits:Visits limited to educational institutions only.
Minimum age: 14 years old
