About the event

Bow Green is a new residential-led mixed-use development by Berkeley’s St. William in Bow Common, London E3. The scheme offers 1,450 new homes in five phases. The site was originally used to house gas holders.

The project is at the early stages, with construction only starting in 2023. The concrete fame of the first phase is almost complete, and dry lining has just commended.

This is a great opportunity to see inside a live construction site, find out about what is being built and hear about career opportunities in this industry. You will learn about how the concrete frame of a building is constructed, and how walls and rooms are created from Dry Lining. PPE will be provided. You will need to be able to climb up to 10 flights of stairs. If you are afraid of heights, this probably isn’t the right tour for you.
