Situated in the popular seaside village of Hopton-on-Sea, Bowlers Green is a stylish collection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes and 2 and 3 bedroom bungalows.

The development is being built in partnership with Repton Property Developments. Repton Property Developments is a company wholly owned by Norfolk County Council, and works to deliver modern, high-quality and affordable housing, while providing financial returns for the council to support service delivery. Repton work closely with trusted delivery partners to develop redundant buildings and surplus land into modern homes, included much needed affordable homes, which are managed by partner housing associations.

This new development consists of 200 dwellings of mixed size and type. There are 140 Open Market units, 33 Affordable Rent, and 27 Shared Ownership. The project has 84 completed homes, with the scheme being 42% complete. The 60 Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership homes are being delivered to Flagship Homes.

You can expect to see a variety of construction stages on your Open Doors visit to Bowlers Green, all the way from foundations to decorations to a plot.

The homes on this development are of masonry construction with brickwork, render and cladding facades.

On your visit to the site you will experience:

  • A presentation and overview of the project
  • An overview on Health & Safety
  • Site walk/tour with the site manager
  • Tour of the marketing suite and show homes and an opportunity to meet the sales executive
  • Time for questions and conversation towards the end of the session
