The Brent Cross Town redevelopment is one of the largest and most ambitious regeneration projects in the UK. Located in the London Borough of Barnet, the project is being delivered by Argent in partnership with Brent Council, transforming a major area of north London into a new, modern town.
Covering approximately 180 acres, Brent Cross Town will deliver up to 6,700 new homes, alongside offices, retail space, schools, community facilities, and extensive green spaces, including one of London’s largest new parks. The development also includes major transport improvements, with a new Thameslink station already complete, significantly improving connectivity to central London and beyond.
The project is being delivered in multiple phases over several years. Early infrastructure works and initial buildings are now complete, with further residential, commercial, and public spaces currently under construction. While still ongoing, the project is well underway and continues to progress as each phase is delivered.
Integral to the success of Brent Cross Town is the partnership with Munnelly Support Services. This collaboration highlights a shared commitment to effective construction logistics management and security support throughout the project’s lifecycle. Munnelly Support Services play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and coordinated delivery of this large-scale, mixed-use development.
The purpose of Brent Cross Town is to create a sustainable, inclusive, and well-connected community, leaving a long-term positive legacy for local residents and future generations.
During the visit to Brent Cross Town, visitors will have the opportunity to explore a live construction environment within one of the UK’s largest regeneration projects. The visit will include a guided tour of the site, where attendees can see different stages of construction in action and gain an understanding of how a large, mixed-use development is delivered.
Visitors will learn about the roles involved in construction logistics, site safety, security, sustainability, and project coordination, and how these teams work together to keep a major site operating safely and efficiently. There will be opportunities to ask questions, hear about career pathways into construction and infrastructure, and understand the skills and training needed for different roles.
The visit will provide a real insight into modern construction, the importance of teamwork, and the wide range of career opportunities available across the built environment.
