The Catterick Integrated Care Centre is a unique and bespoke development designed to serve both the Garrison and the wider local community.
This first-of-its-kind project represents a collaborative partnership between the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and the National Health Service (NHS), delivering integrated and transformational healthcare services within a single facility. The scheme comprises a three-storey new-build development with a total Gross Internal Floor Area (GIFA) of 12,328 m², set within an overall site area of approximately 39,800 m².
Floor areas are distributed as follows: Ground Floor – 4,440 m²; First Floor – 3,988 m²; Second Floor – 3,634 m²; with an additional roof area of 266 m².
This site uses CSCS Smart Check – the only platform to verify all 2.3 million CSCS-logoed cards.
Educational Visits:Visits limited to educational institutions only.

Accessibility:Parking is provided onsite, along with accessible toilets, all PPE will be provided. The scheme presentation will be held in the conference room which is located on the 1st floor, accessed by 1 set of stairs.
