Enjoy a tour of Crown House Technologies Manufacturing (CHtM) one of the UK’s most advanced MEP engineering facilities. Learn how we are using innovative processes to transform the future of construction and engineering. CHtM operates from our 12,000m² manufacturing facility in Oldbury, West Midlands. Our experienced team at CHtM has unrivalled experience in the manufacture of bespoke MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) modules, delivering solutions for projects nationwide.

Come along to our open doors event.
Enjoy a tour of one of UK’s most advanced engineering facilities and learn how we are using innovative processes to transform the future of construction and engineering.

The visit features a guided tour of the manufacturing facility, hands-on sessions to build simple modules, and live demonstrations of assembly—giving real insight into day-to-day operations.

The team will explain roles and responsibilities across the facility, including production, planning, logistics and supervision. Throughout, students can ask questions and engage with the team to deepen their understanding.

The experience showcases the wide range of careers available in construction and manufacturing—from planning and management to skilled trades—so students leave with a clear, practical view of what it’s like to work in the sector and also hear about the range of apprenticeships we offer.

Accessibility:
On arrival please report to security at the front gate, who will direct you to the reception area. The tour will be at ground level with no stairs. Flat footwear is required.
