City Campus Manchester – Phase 2

About the event

Manchester City Campus – Phase 2, is a £26m extension to the existing Phase 1 development that Willmott Dixon completed in 2022 and will offer a state-of-the-art teaching space for the Manchester College’s business and professional services faculties.

With a key focus on sustainability, the project will be Net Zero Carbon in Operation.

Set in the heart of Manchester City Centre, construction began in August 2023 and will complete in May 2025.

The Manchester College is one of the largest Further Education colleges in the UK and is the largest single provider of 16-19, adult and higher education in Greater Manchester.
