About the event

Currently the project is at 57.98% Completion. Located on Lloyds avenue, The project, is the separation of Collcutt and Coronation house, With works consisting of; separating the services of the two buildings, constructing a steel frame extension of Collcutt house to incorporate a staircase and toilet / washroom facilities.

The purpose is to allow Lloyds Registry to unmerge the two buildings and create office spaces for external use.

Heritage areas and levels; Ground, Lower ground and one are to be kept for Lloyds registry use.

Activities

When entering the site office, a small brief and history of the project will be carried out, following this a safety talk will be discussed and PPE will be provided. We will then accommodate a site walk, working from level 5 down, showing the progress of the works and highlighting key working areas.

Information

Educational Visits:
Visits limited to educational institutions only.

Minimum age: 16 years old
We do allow People from ages 16 and above on site but those under 18 must have a responsible adult present with them at all times whilst visiting (either an adult joining visit with the Young persons or and ISG staff member)

Accessibility:
We have stair free access routes to the site office however due to the current nature of the site works and condition, Wheelchair access through the building areas can not be safely accommodated. We have lift access to each level however requires use of a small staircase to access them.
