Currently the project is at 57.98% Completion. Located on Lloyds avenue, The project, is the separation of Collcutt and Coronation house, With works consisting of; separating the services of the two buildings, constructing a steel frame extension of Collcutt house to incorporate a staircase and toilet / washroom facilities.
