About the event
Our VR Head Office acts as the central hub for the business, bringing together our specialist teams, business units, and dedicated Training Arm under one integrated support structure. From here, we coordinate major projects, manage strategic planning, and provide the technical, commercial and operational guidance our delivery teams rely on. The Training Arm plays a vital role in developing our people, offering targeted skills development, safety training, and continuous professional learning to ensure our workforce is equipped with the latest knowledge, technology, and best practice standards. Together, the Head Office, Business Units and Training Arm form a connected network that drives consistency, quality, and innovation across all aspects of our work.

Activities
Visitors will have the opportunity to take part in a guided site tour, giving them a firsthand look at the work taking place and the different stages of the project. Throughout the visit, guests can chat with employees from a range of roles, gaining insight into what it’s like to work in the industry and the skills involved. A hands‑on STEM activity will help bring engineering and construction concepts to life, offering an interactive experience for younger visitors. The session will also include careers guidance, where attendees can learn about the various pathways into the sector, from apprenticeships and training routes to professional development opportunities.
