About the event
The award winning Beech Hill View is located off the Glenshane Road and combines the best aspects of modern living. The development reflects the traditional rustic setting and is situated just 5 minutes from the city centre and 70 minutes to Belfast.
Phase 1 of the project is complete, with 240 homes handed over consisting of fourteen house types. Phase 2 is currently underway, with plans for 400 homes, consisting of nine house types.
Beech Hill View is more than a housing development; it is a community designed with residents’ needs in mind. Communal features include a play park, running track, green spaces, and a biodiversity garden, all carefully planned to promote well-being, activity, and a connection to nature. Activities
Through a comprehensive site tour, we will explore the project scope, timelines, and details about the key stakeholders involved. It will include a walkthrough of the site to gain a clear understanding of the scale and layout, as well as discussions on the various stages of construction within the development. By the end of the tour, you will have a solid grasp of the construction and development process at different stages and insight into the roles of the individuals responsible for each phase.
There will be opportunity for interaction with other site personnel, to have a chat about their job role and how they got into their respective careers with plenty of opportunity for Q&A.
