About the event
Based in Long Ashton, this project is a new build, 90 acre technology campus. This includes a 3 storey office building (OB1) with a basement, 2 storey underground car park, site infrastructure works and 2 utility buildings.
The new office building will comprise of a single storey concrete basement to house plant and employee services, along with a 3 storey glulam timber frame and approximately 360 cellular offices. The building will be clad in traditional stone with slate roofs.
Activities
This will be an on-site visit which will involve:
- A company overview
- A project overview
- Short talks from various team members explaining their roles (e.g. Contracts Manager, Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyor, Design Manager, etc.)
- A supervised site tour
During the visit, we will discuss careers in construction and how best to access these career pathways.

We are aiming this event at those studying and preparing for their career in the near future, hence the minimum age requirement
