John Sisk and Son has been appointed by Moda to build the Great Charles Street project. This is located just off the Queensway (A4400) which is the main road in and out of central Birmingham. The Project is in 3 Blocks. Block A is 39 Storeys, 366 Apartments, 10 Apartments per floor, Ground Floor Retail, Level 18 Residences Amenities. Block B is 16 Storeys, 236 Apartments, 22 to 9 Apartments per floor & ground floor Retail & Residents Amenities inc. Gym. Block C is 5-6 Storeys, 120 Apartments, 29 to 14 Apartments per floor and Lower Ground Floor Retail & MODA Reception and the Lower Ground is a Car Park & Plantroom. This a 3 year project which started in April 2023 and due to be completed in 2026.
