About the event
The London Dock School project is a new 6FE plus 6th Form Secondary School building in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, which is part of a large-scale redevelopment of the area led by the developer St George’s.
The school has two main buildings connected via circulation spaces; the main building has four storeys, Mezzanine level and a Roof Terrace provided with Games Court and External Recreation areas; the secondary building has two storeys and a roof terrace. The basement area comprises Main Hall, Drama and Activity Studios, Sports Hall with adjacent facilities, and a natural ventilated Multi Use Games Area. The building has been designed and is to be constructed to Passivhaus standard.
Activities
We will be completing the Façade which includes doors, windows. By the time of visiting, we will be doing roof works, soft and hard landscaping, decoration, floor layering, ceiling and commissioning.
Visitors will have a tour of the project to green selected area on the day
