About the event
Multiplex have been appointed to lead the transformation of the landmark New Zealand House tower redesigned by Lifschutz Sandilands Davidson. Works planned by The Crown Estate include revitalisation of the Grade I listed Royal Opera Arcade as well as enhancing and providing space for the New Zealand High Commission. The redevelopment includes 138,000 sq ft of office space, new retail and dining facilities.
Activities
Visitors will be able to see and observe the ongoing construction works and get an understanding of how Multiplex work and operate as a Principal Contractor, delivering the project for our client The Crown Estate.
Once the visitors arrive to site office, they will be met by the management team who will sort out all PPE for each delegate. After this, we will go into the meeting room for site introduction and review of the project details ahead of a full site tour.
Our team will outline how they came to work within the construction industry and advise on their experiences to date. A representative from the project team will be on hand to explain the project deliverables and answer any questions you may have throughout your visit.

Minimum age: 16 years old
We unfortunately do not have children's Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and therefore can only accommodate children who are 16yrs +
Accessibility:Due to the nature of the works and access to site at the present time, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate those with accessibility requirements. This is due to the project office being located within one of the towers whilst still under construction and there is no step free access. Nearest Station is Piccadilly Station (Piccadilly or Bakerloo Line) or Charing Cross Station (Northern or Bakerloo Line, and Mailing/Railway Station). Our New Zealand House Project site is located 5 minutes walk away from the stations. The Project Office Address for Visitors is located at 80 Haymarket, London, SW1Y 4TE.
