Our session will give you valuable insight into the refurbishment construction sector. We’ll explain who we are, what we do, and how we do it, as well as the types of roles we recruit within our sector. You’ll also have the opportunity to tour a live environment, where you can see works in progress and learn more about our processes firsthand.
At Novus, our Major Projects division is dedicated to the successful delivery of high-value and technically intricate maintenance projects. Drawing on decades of expertise, we specialise in managing complex maintenance requirements and challenging refurbishments across a wide range of sectors including social housing, education, hotels, healthcare, retail and student accommodation. Our team thrives on complexity, consistently delivering innovative solutions tailored to each project’s unique needs.
This open doors session will take place at Ibi Budget hotel, ibis Budget Birmingham Centre is home to 250 ensuite rooms, including our award-winning, well-appointed comfortable rooms. Novus has been appointed to carry out a comprehensive refurbishment of the entire hotel, encompassing both guest rooms and communal areas throughout a multi-phase project scheduled through 2025. Further details regarding these enhancements will be provided during the Open Doors session.
Activities
At the event, Novus colleagues will share their career paths in Construction. You can ask questions and learn about the delivery cycle from Bid to Operations. You’ll also tour live works to see the on-site team’s daily achievements. Refreshments are included.
Please ensure that all attendees are equipped with appropriate safety footwear prior to accessing the site tour. Novus will supply additional personal protective equipment, such as high-visibility clothing and hard hats, as required.
