Our session will give you valuable insight into the refurbishment construction sector. We’ll explain who we are, what we do, and how we do it, as well as the types of roles we recruit within our sector. You’ll also have the opportunity to tour a live environment, where you can see works in progress and learn more about our processes firsthand.

Anchor Homes are the largest provider of specialist housing and care for people in later life. They provide 54,000 homes for people in later life across more than 1700 sites and operate in 85% of councils within England.  Novus are the main contractor to support their property portfolio in the North West region, which includes a responsive repairs, planned works, voids and adhoc retrofit works. We will talk to you more about what these all mean on the open doors session.

This open doors session will take place at Mulberry Court, a retirement housing scheme in Stockton Heath, Warrington, which offers 32 studio and 10 one bedroom purpose-built properties for rent for people over the age of 55.
