About the event

Scheme Overview
The Peterborough Court project is for the refurbishment and repositioning of the existing office building with ground level enhancements and the optimisation of net internal areas within the existing building envelope. The scope includes new cores and Cat A interiors within the existing building with structural modifications to create new ground floor entrances. The ground floor is further enhanced by improved cycle access and facilities, new restaurant spaces, including the retention of existing car parking as well as a new public/private courtyard to replace the existing porte cochère between Peterborough Court and Daniel House. The building will be provided with all new MEP systems throughout with retained and refurbished lift installations. Primary building design changes are limited to the increase in usable office space at Level 10 by reusing plant space in the original building and the newly landscaped courtyard shared with Daniel House to provide office amenity and external space for
dining and public access.

Activities

Visitors will be able to tour the Peterborough Court building and see the current progress being made across the site, including all above group and basement levels. Visitors will be able to see what goes into this level of interiors projects. There will also be talks happening in the command room, giving visitors a chance to meet and hear from different members of the team and what their roles entail.
