Turkington along with Premier Inn is delivering a new 81-bedroom hotel near Belfast International Airport, designed to support the growing demand for high-quality, conveniently located accommodation for airport users, business travellers, and tourists. The development represents a significant investment in hospitality infrastructure at one of Northern Ireland’s key transport hubs.
The hotel will feature Premier Inn’s latest “next generation style” bedrooms, alongside an on-site restaurant and bar, landscaped grounds, and improved site access. Dedicated parking provision will include 125 car parking spaces and seven mobility-impaired spaces, ensuring accessibility and ease of use for guests.
The project is currently approximately 50% complete, with construction progressing well and in line with programme expectations. Once operational, the hotel will enhance the overall airport offering by providing modern accommodation within close proximity to the terminal, supporting early departures, late arrivals, and airport-related business activity.
The development will contribute positively to the local economy, helping to strengthen tourism and business connectivity at Belfast International Airport.
