A new build BTR (Built-to-Rent) project bringing 329 apartments to Central Milton Keynes
The new apartment building is located on the site of a former garden centre, opposite the landmark Xscape activity centre and bounded by Avebury Boulevard and Secklow Gate.
The Galliford Try team is delivering 329 residential apartments for the Built-to-Rent sector on behalf of an American multi-national finance and insurance firm.
The development consists of four apartment buildings of 11, 9, 7 and 3 storeys, commercial space at ground floor, undercroft car park and central courtyard.
The four blocks will be delivered as a concrete frame solution, with concrete floors and inset balconies, and a brick facade.
Activities
There will be a short presentation about the business and the project, a site visit and a chance to ask questions. Depending on the group, there may a chance for take part in an interactive activity before the site visit.
