About the event
A New Leisure and Learning Centre in the heart of Mablethorpe town, this is a long awaited addition to the town with around 12.5 million budget. The project will be about 75% complete by the time the visit, this will still be as the site is shared between the Client a sport centre and the site, internal finishes will be well progressed with tiling and finishing works to the pool and change village in full flow and fitting out to studios and gym areas just commenced, the external finishes will have just started within 6 weeks. It should be very busy with around 40-50 operatives on site undertake various different elements with the façade works almost finished and plant rooms being fitted out with the specialist items that make the building function as required.
Activities
The internal fit out will be at a reasonable level of advancement there will be 4 months left of the project so pool tiling and change village cubical install, M and E will be advanced with ceilings being installed and painting and soft flooring just commencing

Accessibility:We do not have lifts in place at the time of the visit any access for the disabled would be on the ground floor only and it wouldn’t be possible for them to enter the site office as this is upstairs and only accessible using the stairs unfortunately
