The erection of a new office building constructed on the retained lower basement of 1 Stonecutter Street. The basement consists of 2 floors of traditional concrete substructure for plant, with a ground and podium level for retail, reception and cycle facilities.
The 1st to 13th floor consists of a steel frame with concrete topping connected to a concrete core for CAT A office space. The envelope consists of panel cladding system, with traditional curtain walling system from Ground to 1st floor level
