Multiplex have been appointed on behalf of Stanhope as the Construction Manager to manage the enabling and construction of Plot’s E & G of Phase 2 of the Television Centre masterplan Project.
Plot E comprises of an 8-storey residential development of 180 homes with a semi-basement of car parking and Plant. At ground floor level there are communal areas as-well as apartments. To the south of the Plot E site, there will be a row of 3-storey townhouses.
Plot G is a 24 Storey residential development of 167 homes with a semi basement. Plant is located within the basement and on the roof. A commercial area is located at lower and upper ground floor levels.
The buildings are designed to be distinctive and have a character of their own, complementing each other and the other developments established across the wider estate. The development of phase 2 will complete the masterplan and further open up the site to local residents by the creation of a second entrance on Wood Lane and pedestrian connection through to Hammersmith Park via interlinking urban streets.
Activities
Join Multiplex for an informative site presentation followed by a tour of the project. The project is currently at the concrete pouring stage, a critical phase in the construction process where foundations, structural elements and flooring are being cast.
