About the event

Television Centre Phase 2 consists of two new residential buildings, located between the Hammersmith and City tube line, and a live television studio.

Designed by Stirling Prize-winning architectural practices dRMM and AHMM, 345 apartments will be constructed across two plots totaling 470,000 sq. ft. The development will complete the masterplan and provide much need housing and public realm for the local community.

The creation of a second entrance on Wood Lane and pedestrian access through to Hammersmith Park will further open up the site for residents.

Multiplex are delivering the full fit out and are 2 years into the project, with completion due for quarter 3, 2027.

This site uses CSCS Smart Check – the only platform to verify all 2.1 million CSCS-logoed cards.

Activities

Join Multiplex for an interactive presentation and tour of Phase 2 of the Television Centre development.

We will start with a brief project introduction followed by a tour of both buildings.
