About the event
A £69m, 12 storey, highly sustainable commercial project in Southwark, London. This new building will provide office space, affordable workspace, and retail space.
It is designed to be a ‘showcase green building’ for our client LBS Properties and will tick various sustainability boxes including using low carbon concrete, prefabricated components and M&E services with SMART technologies.
Designed to have a positive impact on its occupants’ health and wellbeing, the building’s design will include light, airy spaces with large windows, green landscaping on the roof, breakout spaces, and panoramic views across the city.
Activities
In March we will be:
- Toilet cores being completed
- Raised access flooring
- Curtain wall installation
- Plant rooms M&E install
- Riser works M&E
- Main reception fit out
- Joinery- timber panelling, internal doors, and cubicles
- Fixed furniture
- Decorations
- Floor tiling
- Scaffold striking
