About the event
The works include the construction of a concrete box structure, along with the delivery of new link roads, roundabouts, and slip roads that will significantly improve network connectivity and traffic flow across the area.
This site uses CSCS Smart Check – the only platform to verify all 2.1 million CSCS-logoed cards.
Activities
The session will include a detailed presentation on the project, highlighting key engineering milestones and showcasing a timelapse video of the concrete box slide to demonstrate the scale and precision of the operation. Attendees will gain insight into the planning, coordination, and specialist techniques involved in delivering this major piece of infrastructure. Subject to operational requirements and safety considerations, there may also be an opportunity for a guided site visit, offering a first‑hand look at the works and the teams involved in bringing the project to life.
