About the event
This phase of works (2C) is for a new build residential accommodation comprising two buildings, Blocks A and B, which will be known as Walnut Lane. Both buildings are three storey apartment blocks consisting of 45 individual apartments (24 in Block A and 21 in Block B).
Block A is split into 4 communal cores, each core with its own communal entrance hall with passenger lift and staircase to each. Block B is similar but with 3 communal cores. There are occupied apartment blocks adjacent the site of the previously completed phases of the Wadswick Green development.
Activities
A tour of the site and visit the construction learning zones and career examples from our project delivery team, a safety presentations and project overview will be given and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided.

Minimum age: 10 years old
Children must be accompanied by teachers
