About the event
The project is to construct 2 high rise residential units, known as NE02 & NE03, one of 487 units and the second 282 units (delivering 769 apartments in total) commenced in November 2021. The development is part of the Wembley Park redevelopment, the units are for the private market along with shared ownership and social units included in other sectors of the overall development.
Activities
Reinforced Concrete Frame has finished and we are also completing the concrete precast facade installation, with only one of six building left. Internal trades are progressing and forming apartments, with Kitchens being installed.
