F P Hurley has the in-house expertise to provide a full design, installation and maintenance service which meets client requirements and specific project needs. Our ability to deliver excellence in building services is demonstrated by our ‘preferred supplier’ status with several top UK construction companies, which has provided us with the opportunity to work on some of the region’s most prestigious and technically challenging projects.
Our workforce consists of over 160 directly employed and highly trained employees who have accrued the skills and experience to deliver a wide variety of contracts in both the public and private sectors. Many of our staff are long-term employees who understand and buy into our working culture.
We invest heavily in our people by offering ongoing professional development and apprenticeship programmes, as well as providing a rich and stimulating work environment which encourages productivity and wellbeing. As a result, our employees very rarely move on, giving us high-quality staff at every level – something which makes us very proud.
