The purpose of the new Velindre Cancer Project is to create a state-of-the-art centre for world-class cancer treatment and research, making care more accessible for patients in South East Wales. The project aims to treat more patients, help more people live longer with cancer, and to foster international research and development to make Wales a leader in cancer care. It also focuses on improving the patient and staff experience through a modern, healing, and sustainable environment.
You will be taken to the classroom for an induction and given some PPE to walk around on site and there may be a quizz/questions or riddles depending on age groups. All we ask is suitable footwear no open toe shoes or sandals.
