MRP Investment & Development is the dedicated property development and investment division of McAleer & Rushe, active across the UK and Ireland with offices in London, Belfast, Dublin and Cookstown.
MRP focuses on delivering high-quality buildings across four main sectors including: office, hotel, student and residential accommodation.
MRP also have an investment division of the business which is managing building assets that combine strong commercial fundamentals with built-in operational excellence.
A key pillar of MRP’s strategy is strategic land investment is acquiring and promoting residential development land and securing zoned phases for future planning applications. By working proactively with local councils and stakeholders, MRP plays an important role in helping to address the UK and Ireland’s significant housing demand, including the delivery of much-needed social and affordable housing.
With a development programme valued at approximately £2 billion, of which £350 million is currently under construction, MRP already manages assets with a book value of around £500 million, delivering an annual rental income of approximately £20 million.
