About the event
The 1 Victoria Street project includes the demolition of the existing building whilst retaining the basement tub, and construction of a 9 storey (10 in part) commercial office building with retail facilities on the ground floor. It is in a prominent location adjacent to the Westminster Abbey World Heritage Site along Victoria Street with Westminster. The development totals 388,000 sq ft of Class E office space and 26,000 sq ft of retail space along with a 2000 sq ft Town Hall facility.
Activities
Visitors will be introduced to the project and shown live construction activities including: piling enabling works; demolition activities; and scaffold operations.
