Mace have been awarded a fantastic project at 10 Gresham Street, with our client appointing us to refurbish their building and bring it up to date with the latest sustainability standards, as well as providing a Cat A fit out in preparation for any incoming tenants.
The main objective of the project is to create an outstanding, premium office environment adapted to suit the needs of todays occupants whilst providing the flexibility to adapt to tenants of the future. The strong desire to maximise the building’s sustainability, wellness and ESG credentials will help to inform a more attractive offering and align the building with current workplace drivers, suitable for attracting a highly skilled workforce.
Our works include developing the design to construction stage, then providing a full building refurb including Cat A works, internal atrium extensions and infills, a roof terrace extension, reception works and providing end of journey facilities. The project is being delivered with Lloyds Bank occupying Levels 01 & 02, adding a challenging delivery aspect to an already complex project.
The building, once complete in March 2025, will be a beacon of sustainability. It will deliver Net Zero Carbon and promises to deliver £6.7m in social value targets.
Our team, led by Chris Mott, successfully built & developed relationships with the consultant team over the past year, learning the client pinch points and executing a strategy for solving them.
