About the event
The Green Quarter is Located next to Southall Station.
The overall masterplan comprises of 9 phases, with the first completing in 2019 and providing 623 homes. Phase 1 also saw the delivery of Central Gardens a 1.5 acre park containing 804 new trees and 600m water feature. We are currently in the second phase of construction which will deliver a further 645 homes and green open space.
In 2019 we also delivered Parkside Yards, a meanwhile use creative community hub with 2,356sqft of commercial space, Padel courts and tree nursery.
