About the event
At 88 acres, The Green Quarter is one of London’s most ambitious regeneration projects.
This former brownfield site is being transformed into a new neighbourhood with the delivery of 3,750 homes, welcoming new residents and community members who will benefit from 13 acres of new parkland, a buzzing new commercial hub including a mix of boutique shops, restaurants and bars, as well as community facilities including a nursery, primary school and health centre.
With nature at its heart, The Green Quarter will become one of the most biodiverse developments in the UK.
Activities
Starting at the Sales & Marketing Suite, visitors will have the chance to view the development masterplan model and a video covering the progress of the development.
We will then walk through the Central Gardens and reach Parkside Yards to overlook the current (Phase 3) construction works. The audience will have the chance to speak to St. George employees and ask questions about the wide variety of roles in construction.
