The project comprises of the construction of a five-storey hotel across from the Titanic Museum in Titanic Quarter. The building structure will be precast slabs, external walls are to be a combination of curtain walling glazing and brick panel outer leaf cladding supported on a masonry support shelf angle system and restrained by structural framing system.
Restaurant/Café bar/gym landscape for public realm/carparking cycle parking and associated site and road works.
Associated M&E are to be installed, with plant space provided in a roof top enclosure.

Upon attendance to site Ganson UK will have a presentation on the Hamilton Dock Hotel project, followed by a site induction and then guided walk around site to show the current ongoing work activities.
