About the event
The project comprises of the construction of a five-storey hotel across from the Titanic Museum in Titanic Quarter. The building structure will be precast slabs, external walls are to be a combination of curtain walling glazing and brick panel outer leaf cladding supported on a masonry support shelf angle system and restrained by structural framing system.
Restaurant/Café bar/gym landscape for public realm/carparking cycle parking and associated site and road works.
Associated M&E (Mechanical and electrical services) are to be installed, with plant space provided in a roof top enclosure.

Please let us know as far in advance as possible.
Upon attendance to site Ganson UK will have a presentation on the Hamilton Dock Hotel project, followed by a site induction and then guided walk around site to show the current ongoing work activities.

Minimum age: 16 years old
Busy construction site with current ongoing precast wall and floor installation with overhead crane operations
Accessibility:Unfortunately Ganson do not have any public lifts active onsite at present so this will limit some accessibility to our welfare area only. Please inform Ganson in advance (if you are able) so that we can try to accommodate any and all individuals that we can.
