Based in the centre of Radcliffe, the project compromises of a new build Community Hub consisting of 25m swimming pool, learner pool, gym, library, office and meeting spaces. The refurbishment of existing market hall basements is also progressing at the same time. The project is approx. 25% complete.
The site is located next to Lidl – Visitors will meet the team at the site office entrance, located on Railway Street M26 3AA. The nearest car park to our site is located next to the site office on May Street M26 3AA. If you are requiring disabled parking, please contact Lauren who will arrange on site parking and someone to meet you.
The during the visit the site will be undergoing the following works:
Steel Erection, Envelope Works, Drainage installation, internal works to the Refurbishment and internal Blockwork

Accessibility:Disabled access can be arranged with prior notice however access will only be available to the main walkways. Access into the welfare is via steps as we are in existing buildings however, we have an agreement with the community café that we can provide welfare provision in there.
