About the event
The proposal is for a new-build 14-bed Learning Disability Inpatient Unit, which will provide services for assessment, rehabilitation, and treatment.
The building is part one-storey, part two-storey. The building will comprise of two ward zones which include:
- 8no. standard en-suite bedrooms and 2no. accessible en-suite bedrooms.
- 3no. Standard studio flats and 1no. Accessible studio flats
Completion 45% to date.

Activities
Visitors will be met at the site entrance with a short presentation in the offices showing works that have happened to date, works to come and site specific challenges. This will be followed by a site tour showing off our welfare compound, site access and the current state of play of the building. Then a short Q & A before returning to the offices to conclude the visit.
